If the above solutions still don't do the trick for you, another workaround is to force Skyrim to play in borderless windowed mode. *Turned off Full Screen and used OneTweak to run a full borderless window, and it didn't make a difference. By default, Skyrim Special Edition runs at a maximum of 60 frames per second. BorderlessUpscale =false # Set the game resolution.
